The Price of Local 5 Picnic tickets has been reduced with the advent of the Local 5 Activity Fund
Adults--$10.00
Children over 2 years old --$5.00
Children 2 years old and younger FREE
Retiree and Guest -- FREE
The Picnic Committee and Activity Committee are working hard to make this a wonderful event.
We would like everyone to attend and enjoy a terrific day with friends and family.
To guarantee that everyone has a great time we need to know how many people will be attending the picnic.
Therefore, you must pre-register and pre-pay to attend,
Pre-registration will ensurethat:
1. We have enough food and refreshments
2. We dont have too much food that will only go to waste.
3. We dont order too many or too few tables, chairs and tents
4. Everyone gets a shirt and it's the right size.
5. Your kids will receive age appropriate gifts and prizes.
We have to spend your money wisely and this is the way to do it.
The success of the Christmas Party is due in part to pre-registration.
We can't have an event involing food and drinks and have no idea how
many people are going to show up. It just doesn;t make sense and
only wastes dollars and cents.
